• Signify/Doctors Care — A nurse practitioner will come to your home to complete a comprehensive health assessment at no cost to you.
• BeneLynk — This partner helps you enroll in cost savings programs, renew Medicaid coverage and collaborates with the VA for veteran health.
• Pharmacy Synergistics — This provides a concierge pharmacy team available to answer medication questions and assist with benefit questions.
• OTC Flex Card — Once you register, you will receive a flex card in the mail that can be used to pay for the food at grocery stores and over-the-counter items.
